A campaign is defined before launch: the target market and languages, the contact lists you provide or approve, the script and objection handling, the calling windows for each country, and the rules for consent and do-not-call lists. Typical programs are lead qualification, appointment setting, follow-up of open quotes and reactivation of former customers.
You set the qualification criteria, for example budget owner, timing, need or current provider. Agents record each answer in the agreed fields, so a lead is passed to your team only when it meets the criteria you wrote down, and the reason is visible when it does not.
The report format and frequency are agreed in the proposal. It can list call outcomes, qualified leads with their recorded answers, booked appointments and contacts to recall, exported to the format or tool you use. Recordings and data handling follow the rules written into the agreement.
When a contact asks for a decision-maker, a price commitment or anything outside the script, the agent stops and hands the contact to the person you name, with the call notes. Agents make no commitment on your behalf beyond what the script allows.
